Mastercoat is an extremely durable spray polymer that was developed exclusively for Industrial Finishes & Systems. The Mastercoat system utilizes high pressure and high heat spray reactor technology. The product was initially developed for use as a spray on truck bedliner. We currently service many automotive dealerships across the United States. These dealerships were able to cut out the third party spray shop, and bring all of these profits in house. There are no franchise fees associated with the Mastercoat system.

After being well established in the automotive industry, we began to pursue another marketplace, the RV world. There was a need in the RV ‘Toyhauler’ market for a strong and production friendly coating. The coating was to be used in place of vinyl and rubber on the interior parking areas, as well as the ramp door of these towable units. Mastercoat proved once again to be the perfect product for this application. With it’s durability and fast set time (7 seconds), Mastercoat fit very well into the ‘toyhauler’ world. We have been at the leading edge of innovation during our time working with Mastercoat. We now have several available colors and application specific formulas; such as, a non-skid product made specifically for the ramp door application.
