I became owner of Industrial Finishes in 1958 and have actively been involved in all operations of the company ever since. What does your job position entail? Working closely with our Executive team in developing new and innovative approaches to technology. I meet regularly with our supply partners ensuring we are providing top quality products to our customers. What sets Industrial Finishes & Systems, Inc. apart from competitors? We are a “core value” driven company. Our personal and corporate values are the same! We are committed to working with the utmost integrity. We strive to have clear, open communication with the goal of finding solutions to our customers' problems and assist them in being profitable. Personal information about yourself you'd like to share? My wife, Judy, and I have been married since 1955! We have been blessed with four daughters, thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandson. The greatest thing to happen in my life was the day I gave control of my life to the Lord Jesus Christ. |

I have been with Industrial Finishes since 1990. What does your job position entail? Providing the leadership to grow our business by listening to our customers, vendors and employees, and providing our team of people with the tools and skills to successfully service our customers. Our clients receive quality products, service and business solutions to changing business requirements within the industries we serve. What sets your division or department apart from competitors? Knowledgeable, experienced people with a passion for the business and a willingness to go the extra mile to support our customers' business. Personal information about yourself you'd like to share? My background includes years of experience with sales and sales management with a degree in business from Bentley College and a master in business from the University of Portland. I enjoy snow skiing, scuba diving, golfing, involvement in ministries at our church, and family projects with my wife Monica and our three children Bradford, Peter and Marisa. |

I have been with Industrial Finishes since September 1976. What does your job position entail? I have the responsibility to work with all of our suppliers, our customers, and our employees, develop division policy for our business processes, and blend them with our corporate philosophy. What are the top things clients receive from your department or division? Quality products at competitive prices, excellent service committed to our customers' needs and innovative new products and ideas for continual improvement for our industry. What sets your division or department apart from competitors? Our commitment to the industry. We are not just selling a product for profit; we are providing products to an industry that we are a part of. Personal information about yourself you'd like to share? I am married with two children and five grandchildren. I enjoy hunting, fishing and working on my property. I also enjoy physical fitness training and jogging. I was born and raised in the Northwest in a small logging community and have spent most of my life involved with the Timber industry. |

What is your name and job position with Industrial Finishes? Dan Renzaglia, Eastern Region Manager for the Industrial Division. How long have you worked with Industrial Finishes? I have been with Industrial Finishes since 2004. What does your job position entail? I manage the industrial operations and branches for all activity from Texas to the Atlantic and some business in Canada. What are the top things clients receive from your department or division? VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), consignment of all inventory that we manage, continuous customer service by technical outside representatives and experienced inside sales support staff. What sets your division or department apart from competitors? Our support and technical staff. We have over 200 years of experience on our staff. Personal information about yourself you'd like to share? My hobbies are golf, softball, basketball and fishing. I am still trying to keep up with the younger kids on the basketball court and softball field but it is getting tough. I have three children (two girls and one boy) that are very active in sports which keep my wife and I very busy every weekend, which we love. My passion for life is great and I appreciate any time spent with family and friends. |

I have been with Industrial Finishes since 1988. What does your job position entail? I supervise Accounting, Corporate Purchasing, Human Resources and I.T. What are the top things clients receive from your department or division? The top things clients, employees and vendors receive from my department are paychecks! The things we like... checks from customers! What sets your division or department apart from competitors? Industrial Finishes' Accounting & Finance department strives for timely and accurate information as needed by vendors, customers and internal operations. Personal information about yourself you'd like to share? I graduated from University of Oregon in 1970 with a degree in Accounting. I became a CPA while working for Moss Adams CPA's. I was controller for Western Graphics from 1972-1978. I was also controller for McCracken Motor Freight from 1979-1988. I married my wife Laura in 1971 and have two married children, Jeff and Michelle with 4 grandchildren. I enjoy woodworking, gardening, traveling. tractors, old cars, basketball and family activities. |
